1. How this website works
Gem Boat’s website code does not install advertising or profiling cookies and does not integrate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other behavioural analytics. Photos, fonts and configurator resources are served by this website. Third-party maps, reviews and social widgets are not embedded.

2. Technical browser storage
Besides cookies, browsers provide local storage such as sessionStorage and localStorage. The configurator uses these functions to preserve requested operations, without advertising identifiers.

Normal colour selection takes place in page memory. “Save configuration” creates an image on your device, not a cookie.
3. Hosting and external links
The hosting platform may use technical technologies for delivery, security and access management. For the observed protection cookie, also see the Cloudflare documentation. This notice describes Gem Boat’s application features. Links to Google, WhatsApp and social networks open external services only when selected; those services have their own privacy notices and settings.
4. Choices and deletion
Advertising consent is not requested for necessary technical functions alone. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Clearing local data also deletes any corrections saved in the editor; download them first if you wish to keep them. Blocking storage may prevent your configuration from being preserved when changing language.
